Choose the number of photography hours that fits your session or event. Include enough time for setup, transitions, group photographs, and the moments that matter most.

Select an available date and start time, then provide the complete venue address and any parking, access, suite, ballroom, or gate instructions.

Enter the booking contact’s information, review the reservation details carefully, and submit payment to complete the booking.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few details help everything run smoothly.
- Select enough coverage. Allow for setup, transitions, travel between nearby locations, and important moments that cannot be repeated.
- Enter the complete venue address. Add suite, ballroom, building, gate, parking, loading, or access instructions when applicable.
- Review the date and start time carefully. Availability is synchronized with Google Calendar, but the information submitted must still be accurate.
- Complete the payment step. A date is not reserved by partially completing the form or leaving payment unfinished.
- Use the contact page for complex assignments. Multi-day events, extensive travel, multiple distant venues, large productions, or custom commercial work may require a tailored proposal.

What to expect from online booking.
Is the shoot confirmed before payment?
No. The reservation is completed after the required information is submitted and payment is successfully processed through the booking form.
Why is a time unavailable?
The booking system integrates with Google Calendar. A time may already be reserved, blocked for another commitment, or unavailable under the booking rules configured for that photography service.
Can I use more than one venue?
Yes, when the locations and travel time fit within the selected coverage. Include every venue and travel detail. Contact SusrutaC Photography first when locations are far apart or the schedule is complex.
What happens after payment?
You should receive the confirmation generated by the booking system. Keep it for your records and review the submitted date, time, coverage hours, contact information, and venue details.
