SusrutaC Photography respects the privacy of clients, website visitors, event guests, and everyone photographed. This notice explains the general categories of information that may be collected, why it may be used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
Information may include your name, email address, telephone number, event or session details, preferred dates, billing information, messages, contracts, model releases, image selections, and other information you voluntarily submit.
Website and technical information
The website and its service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, referring-page, analytics, cookie, security, and interaction information needed to operate, protect, and improve the website.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule and deliver photography services, process payments, communicate about assignments, provide galleries and products, maintain business records, protect the website, comply with legal obligations, and improve services.
Photographs and galleries
Client galleries may be protected by passwords, gallery identifiers, or other access controls. Clients are responsible for sharing access information carefully. Photographs are not used publicly for portfolio, editorial, promotional, or social-media purposes when a contract or written agreement requires confidentiality. Where permission is needed, it should be documented through the applicable agreement or release.
Service providers
Information may be processed by trusted providers that support website hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, contracts, galleries, payment processing, cloud storage, printing, backup, and security. When minors are photographed, booking and permission should be handled by a parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or other authorized adult, as appropriate to the assignment.
