Sush was absolutely fantastic. He covered four events for our 25th wedding anniversary and created lifetime memories for us. By the end of celebrations, he was like family 🙂 The pictures he took are worth Million words.

Our initial experience with this photographer was good, and we got what we expected. Encouraged, we hired him for our proposal shoot in Plano. Unfortunately, after the shoot, weeks went by without any communication. Despite multiple attempts from my family, wife, and myself, we received no response.

He didn’t charge us for the second shoot, but the issue isn’t the money. We were understanding and considered that something might have happened, whether a health issue or a malfunction. We just wanted an answer.

If he had told us something went wrong, we would have happily re-created the moment and paid him twice the amount. But with no response, it’s hard to do anything.

It’s disappointing when moments you wanted to cherish forever just vanish. You trust someone to capture these special times, and when they disappear without any explanation, it leaves you feeling let down and frustrated.

I still wish this person well, but I felt compelled to share my side, given the gravity of the situation.

Susruta made the entire session feel easy. The direction was clear, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the photographs exceeded what we imagined.

The event was captured beautifully—from the important formal moments to expressions we did not even realize were happening.
